Ashby Flowers

What should have been a sweet surprise from my bf ended up being really frustrating b/c of the rude & incompetent staff at Ashby Flowers.



First they called ME to see how late I would be at work, obviously ruining the surprise. I told them until 5, & started to tell the woman where my office is. She interrupted me to say "We've got it thanks" & ended the call.



They didn't have it. My bf used the old office address still listed on BBB. It is only around the corner from our new address, but they couldn't figure out where my office was.



When I called back, the guy was really frustrated & complained that the suite number was wrong. I gave him the correct suite number & he hung up w/o confirming the rest.



Cue another call after he went back to the same wrong address. This time I told him where to go and waited outside. It was almost 5 at this point. He shoved the flowers at me & started grumbling he had to go to 3 places & talking smack about my bf.



Blown away by the rudeness!

I love this place because the staff is equally friendly to customers who walk-in or phone-in orders, When I request arrangements to be created the necessary time is taken to assist me the best way possible. I never feel rushed or hurried. Gorgeous arrangements and great customer service! Love it!
