Advance Cab

One cab doesn't cut it. I was going to give them two stars but they showed up over 30 minutes late to the wrong house. There's usually at least a 30-45 minute wait after the scheduled pick up time, and unless you call hours in advance the wait is often over an hour.
Bottom line: unreliable and expensive

They have shown up when they said they would one time out of the 10 times I've used them. Typically they are 45mins - 1 hour late or worse. Best part is, they never seem to have a GPS! The guy always ends up calling me and asking for directions to my location. Terrible.

Been calling for one hour no one even picks up and tell they don't have a cab available no company at a joke

This place is garbage! What a joke. Either there is no driver, or they show up an hour late or tell you they will be there in 15 min and never show up or answer the phone.

Ok so i just called for a cab and they answered the phone and told me that they might not have anyone in���� what kind of 24 hr cab service doesn't have any cab driver's available i will never use this service again worst cab service i have ever encountered

First cab for me and it was great my driver was on time fast and polite. I give them a solid 4 stars, decent rates and they have nice cars...thank you advanced cab

Worst service I've encountered in a long time! We were in town for a wedding and the cab showed up 45 minutes late because it apparently went to the wrong hotel. When it did finally show up, it was a beat up Safari van. They had both windows wide open so once we finally did arrive at the wedding, our hair was a mess! I would go out of my way to avoid using this company in the future!

Cab took over an hour to come. I called to check and even after that I waited an additional 30-45 minutes.

They are ususally pretty good at getting cabs out in good time, the cabs are usually clean, and the drivers are good.
