Adam Bright Tree Service

Working with Adam Bright Tree Service we scheduled the work about a month in advance. I notified my neighbors when the work work was to occur and asked if they could remove their vehicles so the Adam Bright tree Service would have access to the trees over hanging their property.

The day before they were scheduled to perform the work I called them to confirm everything was still on for the 25th at 8:00 A:M, I was told THEY WOULD BE THERE AS SCHEDULED....... Because they failed to show and they did'nt bother to even call me, I called them shortly after 10:00 A:M I was given a bunch of excuses and told I was not being reasonable. I explained that because of the location of the trees and the fact that they hung over two neighbors property that I and them all had to move our vehicles onto the street. I was told by Adam Bright Tree Service they would be there by 11:00 that same day. AGAIN.......NO SHOW by 11:00. At this point I was tired of their excuses and as I was needing to go to an appointment, I put up a sign telling them that if they did show ??? NOT TO START ANY WORK,they were fired. As I was preparing to leave at around 12:45 they show up. Some of the crew see the sign and begin swearing ( VERY ABUSIVE LANGUAGE) at me and threatening me. I told them to leave or I would contact the police. After some more swearing, they left.
About 10 min. later I get a call from ADAM BRIGHT (OWNER) who once again began telling me I was being unreasonable. He told me that lots of contractors in Central Oregon dont show up at the time they say they will. I explained to him that was not acceptable nor was his employees threats and abusive language. As a note and in complete fairness, one employee did call me and apologize for his language and behavior. I accepted his apology but told them I would never use this company again. As a Senior I was shocked by the owner and employees behavior.. I strongly WOULD "NOT RECOMMEND" this company.
