No one ever answers the phone. I've called 4 times in one week trying to make an appointment and the last time I called was months ago and it was a similar experience. Either you have more than one line and you've published the wrong number, you need to hire more staff because you're busy, or your staff has physical restaints holding them down....pick one or pick up the phone.
