Required simple lockout services. Called this company who arrived in a timely manner, was very respectful, and was cheaper than any other tow company in town. This company is a family run business and it definitely shows in how they treat their clients. They treat you like a friend and not like a paycheck. Will highly recommend this company to my friends and family in the future. Thanks for the help Bel-Co!

Kevin is a great driver - he did these things:-Arrived early and was prepared to get rolling uncannily quickly.-Nice and knowledgeable - he knows the roads and areas.-Takes bank and credit cards.-They honored the phone price quote

My family and I were coming back from Seattle going to Canada when I had a nasty flat tire on a Sunday afternoon. The flat was not fixable and we had to leave the car at the dealership overnight. BelCo Towing's service was incredible throughout. Initially they tried to find a shop to fix the tire for us. When we decided to leave the car at the dealership, BelCo made the calls to arrange a rental car for us to make it back home. Not only that, they drove us to the rental car outlet and waited patiently until we were actually on our way. BelCo Towing's people really care about you and they will really take good care of you. They are very nice people who take pride in taking care of their customers. Even if you are a member of a roadside service program, ask for BelCo, that's how I got them.

I had the most wonderful service from Bel Co Towing. I did not feel rushed speaking on the phone and they were very polite. They helped me so much. I locked myself out of my car so I phoned a few companies and Bel Co had the best prices and the best service. I felt so comfortable and very happy with my choice. I would recommend Bel Co to everyone. Best customer service I have had from anyone in a long time. Call them! They are definitely the best out there.

From the initial call to Stephanie, I could tell that this was a genuine company ready to help. My daughter had driven to Bellingham fron Vancouver, and was stuck on the roadside with engine problems. Both Kevin and Larry went out to help her. They found the problem, went for parts, and did the repair, and had her back on the road within a couple of hours. Also, the price was really fair. Thanks so much Stephanie, Kevin and Larry!

My Fiance and I were very happy with the customer service provided by the people at Bel-Co Towing. They went above and beyond what we expected when we got a flat tire, even though our car needed special tools to get the spare on they made sure they got it on our car that same day. Kevin Ellsworth was a true hero for my mother in~law. Not only did he tow her car home but checked to make shure she Ok . He was friendly and very prompt in his service. I know if I ever need a tow or my car unlocked ( that happens ALOT) I will cll Bel Towing from now on. Thank you for the wonderful service and treatment of somebody in need.

Working with this company and individuals has been anything but pleasurable. The dispatcher whom I spoke with on the phone was drunk when she answered which made it difficult to communicate. The driver was unpleasant and smelled like cigarettes. I would NOT recommend this towing company to anyone of my friends or family.
