Excellent service! I had an older car that developed a series of unrelated problems. As I waited the right time to purchase a new car, mechanics at Riggio worked with me to determine how and what needed to be done.

Super super service. This is the only garage that I have gone to that tries to save you money, is clear about the work that needs to be done and the work that can wait, prompt, in good communication about work and its cost.

I was travelling from Chelmsford to my home Bridgewater towing a 29' camper trailer alone route 3. I started having mechanical problems on the highway with my vehicle and pulled into the McDonald's restaurant in Bedford. Once I pulled into the small parking area with my trailer, my vehicle stopped operating completely. I immediately contacted Bedford PD and requested a tow. Soon thereafter, one of your operators came and helped me assess the sitation. After a few minutes, he identifed a fuse problem and was able to make a temporary adjustment to et my vehicle moving again. Although I did not obtain your tow operatiors name, he as very helpful and cooperative. I would like to thank him for the prompt service he provided, and your for getting the right person out. Thank you again
