Bayou City Wings

Overall this Baytown restaurant was very unacceptable the manager name Johnny very rude was not helpful. He did not try to make the experience any better just automatically said that that's how things were done and if I didn't like it oh well. He attempted to give me my money back and am yet and to see it in my bank account. I've only seen two purchases so now I have to go argue that. Plus my son has grease all over his shorts that now will probably be ruined and they had no apologies whatsoever to be said.

The food is good. The staff needs improvement. Young and immature.

My party and i were very displeased with the service we received. Although the food was good and our main order was correct, our waitress (Destiny, as stated on receipt) was rude and inattentive, and continuously ignored what I requested. We also had problems placing our order, as our waitress was unfamiliar with the menu, but was able to place it successfully after showing her a picture on the menu of what we wanted. We were often ignored as well, finding it very difficult to catch our waitress' attention. Upon arrival, I also noticed that most of the empty tables, including ours, were still dirty and littered with food crumbs and other debris. The bathroom was also in a deplorable state, with water everywhere, paper all over the floor and the toilets in desperate need of a cleaning.
