Leaking roof, workout, filthy equipment and a boom box for sound in the large aerobics room...... That's what they charge for???? No way.



For less $$ you can go to a brand new club if you're just looking for machines & weights.

Hard to believe there are so many complaints for this location since I have found the exact opposite. I find the gym, and restrooms always clean and organized. I can't believe what I am getting for my money. If I feel like working out on Sundays, I can always go to another location. The equipment is modern and the gym offers a variety of classes. This location gives you the best bang for your buck. Have recommended and will continue to recommend this gym.

I'm not usually one to leave comments like this, as they usually never lead to anything productive, but I thought it appropriate to share this information with anyone looking to strike up a contract. If you're in the middle of a contract, and you lose your job, Foxy's Fitness will not cancel the contract. I find this to be completely tasteless and unmerciful. I'm expected to put the 43 dollars towards a gym I go to occasionally, rather than towards food/gas for job searching etc. This is the primary reason I am not renewing. The staff is pretty good to their people, but the inability of their contract organization to understand survival vs. pleasure circumstances is completely unacceptable.

I was a member in 08 and had no issues at all. The gym was clean and a great place to work out, swim and lay out. I became a member again 2011 and it's just disgusting. Never clean. The hot tub smelled so gross every time I tried going in it....went in once and never again cause it was so disgusting. The chics that work there are NEVER AROUND. I went so many times without scanning my thingy. It's such a waste of $55 a month. My friend was even able to get out of her CONTRACT after writing a letter complaining on the unsanitary conditions. Such a dissappointment. That place has so much potential. Don't even waste your time with this place.

GREAT customer service

I've been a member of 5 differen't gyms... not one of them greeted me by name like Foxys does. They know my children.. they are helpful when I have questions... and not to mention their training programs ROCK YOUR BODY! I don't see where ANYONE could get the idea that Foxys has bad customer service. Don't pay your bill and you write a bad review on the bill collector? Hmmmm...how silly. Customer service is promised everywhere but none deliver like FOXYS DELIVERS!

I am looking for a gym and I thought I'd try the women's gym at foxy's but they haven't even bothered to change the information on the virtual tour to the new site. I'd like to see the new place on line before I travel out that way. Lost a customer!

They did an awesome job on renovating the place. Very clean and spacious. Lots to do.

The service is not professional nor knowledgeable.

Staffing is very inadequate, the ones that are there are too busy talking to each other to help, they have no working knowledge of routines and lack actual experience in helping clients. Facility doesn't live up to its claims. I couldn't find anyone to help with questions.
