Overall

Avoid at all costs. The vehicles here are fine but the staff is unhelpful and is just there to make a sale. The only reason I have come here multiple times was due to a unique scenario the first time. The first time a check was supposed to be paid out to myself for an overage on a car and when I went to pick up the check it took an excess of 30 days to get a check that was supposed to be paid out within 5 days. When I went to pick up said check they didn't check for ID or anything so really anyone could have picked up said check. After contacting the GM about this and letting him know it took four months to receive any type of acknowledgment that this shouldnt have happened. This happened under sales person Calvin DiSalvia



With this recent deal and the reason I will not be purchasing a Kia again is due to staff members: Ron, Stuart and Chad. Stuart was nice at first as I was trying to trade in a vehicle to get a newer vehicle. Stuart promised us a 1.8 interest rate which was excellent. As the weeks went on many rejection letters from banks came in and no contact was made by the dealership. I left a voicemail each day this week and took till Thursday to actually speak to Ron. I let him know the importance of this as one of the reasons for the trade was due to not having a payment for 30-45 days. The payment on our old car was coming up and Ron dismissed this and said he would call back. Ron never did call back and I called trying to speak to general manager Chad. After speaking to reception, Stuart and Ron I was unable to even be transferred to Chad on many occasions. Clearly the company was trying to make money on this. Finally I was reached back out to by Ron who claims to have never spoken to me even though I signed documents with him stated they were unable to get funding for the car so we had to return immediately. Stuart immediately stopped responding to emails even though he emailed constantly before this once a complaint was involved. Ron then kept calling asking when I'm bringing his car. Though I am not a finance manager at a dealership it seems like bad business practice to offer a deal on a vehicle that you are unable to uphold or even offer any type of compromise. Avoid if possible and go to another Kia dealership or purchase a different vehicle as the staff here is rude and even mocked financial situations upon filling out documents. Salesman Stuart even said at one point during the transaction that our previous car would be better off just getting in a car accident than doing the transaction. Very shady business practices.
