United States Postal Service

This has got to be the worst post office. the probability of packages being delivered to your home is very low. Either they say they attempted and left a notice or they have never to deliver a package after 7pm per their delivery system and leave it on the porch they don't knock or attempt to leave the package in the mailbox where it's safest. If u try to call them it will ring they will pick up and hang up.

YET AGAIN this post office has screwed up the delivery of my package. Instead of delivering my package down the road, they sent it over to the Congress 78701 post office. Tracking says "return to sender" for absolutely no reason. Now it's en route SOMEWHERE and is in 78710! That is nowhere near 78741 which is where the package was sent and supposed to be delivered. The people who work at this post office are VERY rude and VERY unhelpful. If you are lucky enough to even get someone on the phone they will treat you like dog crap on the bottom of your shoe and act like they are insulted that you would even dare to call up there and ask a question. Oh, and they never have boxes (the free ones) sitting out for you to pickup after hours. I hate this post office and it sucks that my mail goes thru here because they screw it up all the time and are scum-bag people. If you don't absolutely have to go here or call here, DON'T. It will be a complete waste of your time and probably make you angry.

this girl Naomi that answers the phone whenever I call is the rudest person that I ever met I can't believe she still works there she has no customer service and give you a attitude like if she was in middle school and went to the principal's office probably every day. I wish somebody in upper management at the United States Postal Service will release it this girl down and give her a talk. This has happened plenty of times with the same girl I can't believe she still works there somebody please help this postal service out she is wreck in the reviews for your store

the staff gave me attitude . they were literally so mean . had no respect . one of the staff members asked for my id and i was showing it too him . unfortunately my adress was not the same of the one am living on right now . and he was very rude about it. am waiting for my new id . he started saying that am unresponsible and that i need a new id . he said i couldnt get my package till i had a good id . my mom was with me who is over age . and she gave him her id . he saw it was from mexico and literrally gave us a racist look. this is the worst place to go pick up packages .! !!!!
