Southeastern Freight Lines

This is the first time we scheduled a pickup with this company and never again. I called in a pickup more then 24 hrs before and they still weren't able to pick up our freight. I called the day of the pickup and they told me they would make it before our closing time. It was 4:15 pm when I called again, it was too late by then. Their personnel didn't even have the courtesy of notifying us they couldn't pick up the freight before our closing time. I had to call myself and an employee named Lea said she didn't have a truck in our area to pick it up. I was rude to her and told her she needed to do her job better and notify customers when they couldn't make it. We never have a problem with Central Freight, they will send a truck from their dock just to pick up for us. Very unhappy customer with their customer service.

I have nothing against the company even though they blew up the pick up time frames given by THEM, 2 times in a week. I am OK with it. But customer service is another thing. When asked why they didn't show up the lady (Abby or Amy, don't exactly remember) was very adamant and not at all apologetic. She pretty much said " we don't want to do business with you". Hello, I am the one paying and put up with your no show. I now have no reason to do business with this company's rude people. There are many competitors that can take care of our growing business.
