My experience here was definitely above what I've experienced in the past with other shops, and in a very good way. They had a very professional and knowledgeable attitude throughout the entire process, and I really appreciated that!

I've got to say, I really felt like the guys at Reliable Transmissions went above what was expected. I was only free to drive my truck over to their shop on my lunch break and they offered to drive me back to work without me even having to ask. I was able to get set up with a rental car company which they offered a discount for, and only needed it for a few days while my trucks transmission was being rebuilt. Their pricing was right up my ally, but their service is definitely what set them apart from the other shops that I called.

David the manager was so helpful when I had some questions about the way my transmission was shifting on my Lexus ES and since I had never had a transmission issue before I was new to this. David went over a few of the common issues with my transmission and gave me a pretty good idea what I would be looking at for a price. I felt pretty good about the price and really appreciated the customer service that I got at this shop so it was an easy decision to get my transmission repaired here.

Having a transmission repair can be expensive, but Reliable Transmissions actually had the lowest transmission repair price out of the 4 companies I went to! Not only that, David was by far the friendlies to me, and showed the most knowledge when it came to a transmission rebuild for my Honda Accord. I gave him the go ahead to repair my transmission and I had it back in a fairly timely manner too!

I was driving home from a mini vacation to Fort Worth when my transmission stopped shifting through my gears and I couldn't believe this was happening to me! With my home off 35 near North Austin I looked online for some transmission shops near where I lived to see if they could help me out or tow me to them at all. Reliable Transmissions answered their phone and were very helpful and accommodating. Their service here was top notch and really above what I expected out of an auto repair shop I have to say. I will definitely go back here if my car ever needs to be worked on again, I'm so glad that I found them!

I was having problems with my transmission on my Nissan Xterra for a while and finally stopped at this transmission shop near my home in Round Rock after work one day. They inspected my car for free, much to my delight, and gave me a call with a diagnosis the next day. Their prices seemed very reasonable since I had called around for more information before deciding to go here. I liked their warranty as well, and their customer service was very good too.

My Chevy 1500 wouldn't go into reverse so I had it towed to this shop in North Austin for them to look at for me. They had an awesome price and warranty that was better then what I was expecting. I'm so glad that I came here for my transmission repair.

My Lincoln MKZ wouldn't go into reverse so I called a few shops near my home in North Austin. David seemed to be the most knowledgeable about this transmission and the common issues they have. I had it towed over to their shop for them to inspect it for free for me. When David gave me the diagnosis it was better then what I had expected so I was relieved and let them fix my transmission for me.

I had a very pleasant experience at this transmission shop that is near my house in Round Rock. I took my old classic Ford Cobra in here for a tune up and transmission fluid change. It was a great looking place with very friendly employees there.

I was very, very pleased with how my transmission repair for my Cadillac Escalade went here!! I use my Cadillac for towing my boat almost every weekend and I've been noticing that it has been skipping gears the past few times. Their pricing for the transmission rebuild was awesome, and by far the best out of other repair shops. I was so glad that they could fix it that same week too so I could take my boat out by the weekend. Their service was awesome and extremely friendly. I highly recommend going here!

I could hear a noise coming from my front end of my VW Jetta for a few days and finally dropped it off here for a free inspection. I ended up having them replace my brake pads, axles and doing a fluid change for me for a great price. The noise has since gone away and I was very pleased with their friendly attitude.
