Northwest Eye Clinic

They screwed up my $1400 glasses (shipped frames to the wrong lab) and when they finally got them back from the right lens lab, they never bothered to call me. They kept them over a month and the only way I found out they had them was through my insurance company who called the lab.
I'm cancelling and going somewhere else. I can understand and forgive mistakes. We're all human. But sitting on my glasses a month is just terrible customer service and I don't want them to have my business.
