I was there to buy some pants. It was hard for me to find the size of pants I was looking for . Melanie at the checkout place found me one , she looked up the whole store and warehouse to find me one . She is the best . Her customer service is brilliant . I liked it .

I WOULDNT SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE. I SAVED OVER $100 ON THE GUN I WANTED. THESE GUYS ARE DISTRIBUTORS AND NOT OUT FOR A PROFIT LIKE ACADEMY. THE MAN THAT HELPED ME WAS VERY COURTEOUS ALTHOUGH SEEMED STRESSED OUT BY TRYING TO KEEP ALL THE IRRITABLE IMPATIENT CUSTOMERS HAPPY. DONT BE IN A HURRY AND GIVE THE GUYS RESPECT AND YOU WILL GET THE SAME IN RETURN. THE PLACE IS USUALLY BUSY SO IF YOU GO THERE EXPECTING THAT, YOU WONT LEAVE DISAPPOINTED. I LOVE THE PLACE. THE ONLY PROBLEM IVE ENCOUNTERED IS THE EXTENSIVE TIME IT HAS TAKEN TO GET THE AR-15A4 I ORDERED BACK IN NOVEMBER, I KNOW ITS NOT THE STORES FAULT, ITS COLT MANUFACTURERS FAULT BUT IM REAL DISAPPOINTED ITS TAKING SO LONG.

The customer service is not good here. If you are not law enforcement they look at you funny. Not going here again. Stay away.

Poor customer service. I was quoted a price. Drove 30+ miles the same day to get there. They did not honor the quoted price. Blocked me from accessing their Facebook website after I commented what happened.

Great shop with a super friendly and knowledgeable staff! The crew at G T is top notch for all of my equipment needs and wants! Michael, Justin and the guys are the best and take good care of me!



I find out about most of G T's unadvertised specials through Facebook. Some good deals come my way (mostly guns!!!!) for being a fan.
