Domino's Pizza

We order lunch at work frequently from Domino's...it's consistently delicious and on time. Today, Domino's had the misfortune of encountering me in a VERY cranky mood. No matter how mean I wanted to be, they displayed excellent customer service that went above and beyond in many ways in an instance where it would have been easy to blow me off and/or argue back. Sharing my experience is the least I could do.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered one cheesy bread. They told me 20 minutes so i waited. I watched as my friend got his order first...when he ordered 15 minutes after me. I watched 2 other families come and go with their orders. I waited a total of 1hr10 mins, at which point i left. I asked about my order 30, 45 min, and 1hr after i ordered. At 30 minutes, they said they would start working on it. At 45 minutes they said it's almost done. At 1hr they said just be patient. After i left, i called to ask for a refund. They denied me the refund, telling me i have to go get the order FROM THE SHOP. I told them i waited an hour. They denied it, which was an obvious lie because i talked to the very person who answered my phone, IN PERSON about my order.

Pizza is delivered hot and fresh out of the oven. Drivers are courteous, friendly, and prompt.
