I have been very satisfied with the care my dog has received and the attention to my questions at this clinic. From the front desk staff to the medical technicians to the veterinarians I’ve been impressed by their attention and caring.
I’ve never been kept waiting for an appointment for very long, and I have never felt that I was being sold any type of unnecessary care, in fact I have found this clinic exceptionally prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced.

The doctors are in it for the money and will do whatever they can to make the most money from you. I used to work for them for nearly a year and quit because the management is rude to clients as well as employees, not to mention the kennel staff is not well trained and do not take well care of the boarders! Please do yourself a favor and do not go to Anderson mill, there are plenty of vet clinics in the area that are far better and more professional.

The worst. Waiting in front of the clerks for over an hour to have them see my cat. Right in front of them and no one talks to me. Then they tell me when I go up to ask what is going on they tell me they have an emergency and I may have to wait another hour. Totally unacceptable. What is the point of checking in if they are going to ignore you. Also they injured my dog during an exam and then I had to pay for their follow up exam. This is a money sucking organization that treats their customers shabby.

I brought my pet to be seen and let them know my animal was sick. I explained one of my other pets had the same thing however passed away shortly after. I asked the doctor to do anything to save my pet. I said she might be pregnant and I don't want to lose her or the babies. I told her I was afraid she was going to die and to help her out any way she can. I also explained the death of the other pet was very stressful on my children so that's why we are there. The dr sent us home and said nothing was wrong with her. She only checked her lungs and throat. That was it. No blood test, nothing! She said just watch her and make sure she eats. She ate and pass away in my daughters arms. When I told them about it they had zero... ZERO compation. They played the pointing fingers game and basically I got no where with them! I would never take my pets there to die again! What a tragedy. I guess they think I am one out of Austin who doesn't like them and that's OK with then. Horrible, just horrible!
