Rs Heating & Cooling

I called to have someone come out and look at my AC unit b/c it wasn't cooling. The man I spoke with said he could come out the next morning and I asked him if it was possible to do it sooner b/c I have a medical condition that requires me to be cool at all times. He rescheduled some of his appointments and said he could be here within 2 hours. I was very touched by his thoughtfulness. He gave me a very thorough explanation of what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix the AC unit. He explained the pricing and he guaranteed his work. Within an hour, my AC unit was working and the house was cooler. I give this business 5 stars!!
