Courtney L. Patrick focuses her practice primarily on real estate, general business matters, trademarks, copyrights, and probate and estate planning. As both a homeowner and landlord, Courtney especially enjoys all things real estate, including helping first time home buyers and investors with rental property matters. She also likes helping businesses and startups form entities and draft and review various contracts. In assisting businesses, Courtney guides clients in protecting their intellectual property, including registering trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and registering copyrights with the U.S. Copyright Office.
Wills
Janelle Lund was born in Washington, D.C., and grew up in Los Angeles and Atlanta. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary and Special Education. Her husband's Navy career allowed her to live in many beautiful areas of the country, including Quantico, VA, Lemoore, CA, Camp Pendleton, CA, Newport, RI, the D.C. area, Charleston, SC, and Japan. She moved to Augusta in 2001. She and her husband loved it so much, they decided to call it home when he retired in 2005. They are the parents of four fabulous children and have three grandchildren. Janelle has been at Klosinski Overstreet since 2006. She works as an administrative assistant to attorney, Scott Klosinski, in the areas of bankruptcy, litigation, wills and probate.
Power of Attorney
