        Overall
        worst return/exchange policies!

        Tried to exchange a pair of jeans with tags on them, but without a receipt. They wouldn't even give me in store credit! They offered me 97 cents!!!!! I'm never shopping here again. Old Navy should check out Nordstrom's return/exchange policies.
