Da-Vi Nails

I should have read the reviews first and I could've avoided this horrible service and nail job. I used to go to another walmart nail salon before I moved and loved it. I tried here and the lady that did my nails only spoke at me to tell me what to do. No niceties at all except in her language to her Co workers and also on her cell phone. She didn't even touch my cuticles, no massage on my hands and forearm like my other store did. It's been only 24 hours and there is lifting already in 1 nail! She asked me if I wanted my whole nail painted or just tips and I said I didn't know what does she think? She didn't even answer me and the customer next to me suggested just tips since my toes were fully painted so I said tips. She proceeded and then when I went to pay the signed and quoted $25 she said no its $30 because tips were $5 more. I was like well that would've been nice to know ahead of time when you asked and she ignored me. I will never go back again!

Been here 3 times, the first time was nice because I told them I've never been there before and was with my friend a regular customer. The next two times it was awful. My nails were lifing and they didn't do my cuticles either time. The last time was the worst because she rushed me through and I didn't get to relax at all. I asked her to do my cuticles and she said "I no do them yet, wait" and totally forgot about them later. Again, two days later, they lifted. When I had them removed the lady at that salon said my natural nails were really damaged and to never let the people do this to me again so I won't. My nails were drilled down on the bed they started scooping and my sides kept hurting because of being rushed and pinched. Good thing I didn't have my mother with severe athritis go here or they would have hurt her so bad she would never get her nails done again! I rarely get my nails done and when I do I'd like a nice service considering the price I am paying to have them done. So disappointed.

Now they deserve 0 stars but i am requireed to give them one to post. This place use to be great. They did half my pedicure then drained the water. Left me exposed after scrubbing my legs to the cold and said another lady will be right with. Used left with no motion and cold try scrubbed legs half wet. 20 minutes later nothing. Worst nail experience ever. I walked out.

This nail shop gets absolutely No Love from me. Though they seem friendly, the service to my nails was garbage! Ill never go back in there for anything. Worst mistake.

Went for first time for a fill. Had lady paint tips red. They had smears and sloppy. Went back to discuss and she made snide remarks to coworkers thinking we cant understand their language. She got arrogant and argued. Im totally disgusted. Never had a nail tech fill my nails so fast and be so defensive. Took pics and sent to BBB. She also told me more money then before they were done.
