On 12/17/2015, I had a bad experience here at this midtown location. Thanks to John who owns or manages the place, my business will now be taken elsewhere. To describe what happened, few words can convey my negative feelings about this service. First, I must point out the sheer racism that was displayed the moment I entered the door. My order was pushed to last in line due to the nature of my order: printing out my resume. With what I thought would be a 3 minute job turned out to be a 20 hassle, causing me to be late for my job interview literally 7 mins away!

The reason for my review today is clear. Rasicm still exists closing out 2015, whether you acknowledge it or not. The service they displayed was unacceptable and I wish they would advertise their "hidden charges" for customers to be aware. I find it so funny how my receipt said "use of computer/hour fee" & I wasn't even in that store 25 minutes! To make things even worse, the lady inside even joked that I should ask Santa for a copy machine! Whaaaaaat? How rude? Long story short, when I proceeded to get my refund that John guaranteed via phone, he proceeds to pay me in quarters and pennies! Wow, how petty! Didn't even put it in my hand. Can you imagine this ordeal taking place in midtown of Atlanta? Not me. Which is why I'll never return to this location for my printing needs. If you are a person of color, be aware of your surroundings here! Please read or ask about any hidden charges and stand up for your hard earned money!
