Sentinel Offender Services

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONE FROM THE TIME THEY OPEN TILL THE TIME THEY CLOSE THE ONLY THING YOU HERE IS [ALL LINES OUR BUSY CALL BACK LATTER AND THIS IS ALL DAY ,I KNOW I YET HAVE TO TALK WITH ANY ONE YOU KNOW THAT THEY ARE THERE BECAUSE WHEN YOU DO GO TO THERE OFFICE THERES A REP SITTING BEHIND THE GLASS SO WHY THERES NO ONE ANSWERING??????? PICK THE PHONE UP PEOPLE PLEASE!!!

It is bad enough that you have committed an offense. You try to right the wrong and the services here are horrible. No one answers the phone. Of my five trips there I have seen my assigned probation officer once! They set you up to fail, or in the very least , make you have no confidence in the system. I don't understand why there isn't a regulatory body that evaluates this center. All the reviews are the same, therefore there MUST be a problem with this establishment. Please help!
