DUI/DWI
A truck accident caused by truck brake failure or an over-weighted truck can be just as severe and devastating as one caused by truck driver negligence like driver fatigue or drunk driving. However, the commercial trucking liability can change significantly, depending on the contributing factors. Parties that may share liability for a trucking accident include the trucking company, the truck driver, and any manufacturers and distributors of defective parts.
Wrongful Death
A family that has suffered a wrongful death has rights that should be respected. The negligent party should be held accountable for the damages they caused. Monetary damages cannot replace the loss of a loved one, but it can provide a means for a family to continue to live in the fashion to which it was accustomed, to assure a college education for the children, and to provide medical and other necessities and comforts of life to help face an uncertain emotional future.
Traffic Violations
Automobile accidents kill more people each year in the United States than any other consumer product. Automobile accidents can happen in a host of different ways consisting of rear-end accidents, left turn collisions, running of red lights or stop signs, speeding, unsafe lane changes and broadside collisions. No matter how clear liability appears to be, the driver of the other vehicle and his insurance carrier often dispute that they are responsible.
Sex Crimes
A landlord has a duty to employ proper security to ensure that its tenants are not at risk of robbery, rape, or murder.

Premises liability involves the responsibility of property owners to maintain safe conditions for people coming on or about the property. Until a recent favorable decision of the Georgia Supreme Court, this was one of the most difficult types of cases to get past a defense motion for summary judgment. Now, however, whiile still difficult, more such cases are reaching juries, and the most meritorious of such cases are resulting in significant verdicts.
Property Damage
In 2006 alone, large trucks accounted for 8 percent of all vehicles involved in fatal crashes and 4 percent of all vehicles involved in injury and property-damage-only crashes. Trucking accidents have an increased chance of causing severe injuries because in most cases, a truck cannot remain upright during an accident. Additionally, truck drivers have limited visibility and maneuverability. These factors greatly contribute to trucking accidents. Whether the driver is distracted, falls asleep at the wheel or just isn't paying attention, accidents caused by these massive vehicles can kill or catastrophically injure motorists.

Medical Malpractice
Medical malpractice is one of the most difficult types of lawsuits to litigate, especially since the number of factors in the lawsuit can make things complicated. So can you sue a hospital for medical malpractice when the doctor is affiliated with such a facility?
