        Told us they would have drawings made up in about 4 to 6 weeks, that never happened. Whenever my family member called to ask about how the stone was coming along, the woman who answers the phone is rude and annoyed by the call, and just says "We have more jobs than just yours to make, we are very busy." It has been almost 4 months without a notification from them. Horrible customer service!!! Just because there are not very many monument companies around, doesn't mean they need to be so rude, and dishonest about when the Headstones are going to be ready.
