The area is considers as very very high risk area for DEERS, I hit by deers, and I know another 2 persons as well hit by deers in this area, plus the area on the loudoun county parkway road that between the Claiborne parkway & evergreen risge drive is totally dark & it's a deer farm behind the trees so you can see "at the day time only" more than 10 deers behind the trees & you don't know when the deers will jump over your car & put your life in dangerous situation. If you are looking for a home don't waste your money here because most likely will spend it on accidents or hospitals.
