Sportline

I don't know how this place stays in business I have called several times to check on an order and all they tell me is they are in screen printing. How long does it take to make these shirts????? My child needs shirts for his school uniform. I spoke to Kerry she is the rudest person I don't even know how she has a job! Customer service is everything and as far as I'm concerned this place sucks! I would never shop here if it wasn't required by the school, I will be calling them as well to let them know how crappy the service is in hopes of them picking someone else to go through for the uniforms.

Terrible Service, I will never go there again.

Went in on thursday looking to get a name and number digitally heatpressed onto my jersey, Young girl took care of me and asked antwone, if he could do it, he said its just a digital print, so agreed it would be ready around tuesday the following week. I paid and the girl said she would call me. No call nothing, on Friday I called and the lady said it had not been done at all, antwone, has been gone all week at a tournament, same with the girl, so I was basically lied to about it going to be done.

How this place stays in business is beyond me. My company has a local softball team and wanting to give the city our business, we chose Sportline over on-line stores. All went well until I went to pick up the shirt. They had completely forgotten to put the names on the shirts. They promised it would be ready in 30 minutes. I came back 2 hours later and not only had to wait while the sales person (who I am pretty sure was an owner or manager) chatted with a co-worker (I timed it, 5 minutes of waiting) but the shirts were still not done yet. We had ordered 3 extra shirts with no names. They pulled those out and never put then back in. Then two of the shirts were misspelled which meant another trip back to the store. They only fixed one shirt and not the other shirt that was messed up. Finally I asked them why they had so many problems with such a simple order. What bothered me the most was the way they just brushed it off, like it happens all the time. I have dealt with Sportline before and had bad experiences, and I have learned my lesson. After having to return 3 times because they couldn't get it right and still not being satisfied, having to wait so long and being disregarded as just an annoying customer, they have lost my business forever. You can only treat people badly for so long before you loose all your customers. I would not recommend this store. Go online, the quality is better, the prices are better and I am positive the customer service would be better.

Our school requires all school logo wear, including the school uniform shirts, must be purchased from Sportline. 4 weeks later, we're still waiting for our uniform shirts.
