The Home Depot

I'm a 73 year old lady. I purchased a refrigerator at this Home Depot location on December 3, 2014. It is currently April 11, 2015, and I have yet to receive my refrigerator. They have stated to me 5 to 6 times that my refrigerator would be delivered, giving me delivery dates, and yet no refrigerator has been delivered.



Lucy, the store manager, is very unreasonable to work with. She completely changed my contract terms and is very inflexible. I always thought the customer came first, not in her eyes. This lady has no right being in a manager position.



They stated they will not deliver my refrigerator because my driveway is too steep. Funny, two previous refrigerator companies delivered to my home.



I'm making payments on a refrigerator that is not my home. I have called the corporate office, I have contacted the Attorney General and will do whatever it takes for me to get my refrigerator. It's terrible that I have to leave a negative review about a company to get what they originally promised.

I will have ProTect Painters of South County & Northeast Jeffco open for business soon after the first of the year, and Home Depot will be a top supplier. I've always received top notch service at the Arnold Home Depot!
