        I would like to thank Lonnie for his knowledge and help with information on my Samsung dryer. He had the part and was even helpful in explaining some other things to check and make sure it was correct the first time. It is truly nice to have someone know what they are talking about and walk you through the process. So if you need any parts for appliances please call L & M Appliance Repair Etc and ask for Lonnie. Again Thank You for your help.

        We have been dealing with them for years! Not only can they get any part you want, but if you tell them the problem she will tell you in detail how to fix it.

        VERY helpful! We looked up everything we could online about why it wasn't working. We spent over an hour trying to guess, but within 30 seconds they were able to provide an answer to the problem and check if the part we needed was in stock....and it was! Heading there now to pick it up. We were ready to buy a new dishwasher, but with their help we've been able to save hundreds!!!! Awesome service....can't find that type of service everywhere these days. 5 stars for sure!

        Always helpful, always friendly, very knowledgeable. Offered solutions that I wasn't aware of, even tho it meant less of a sale for them. Knowledgeable about repair procedures.
