Wee Tots Pediatrics

Been coming to wee tots since my kids first exams at 2 weeks. I love coming to wee tots. The only thing is if your doc isnt available they have other docs available, which is both good and bad. Well we had a bad experience today during our visit with a Dr. Housanni(not sure on spelling). Came in for a prior care checkup for my son's dental surgery. Now if she would have came in and lead on by telling me oh I see your pperwork says you need the physical to turn In sooner than 2 weeks prior to the surgery, but I only do a week before. And explained a little I would have been fine. But I had my kid undressed in the gown and she came in and started doing the exam!! She listened to his chest and back, checked his ears. And my child started to get fussy and scared, he doesn't like the masks they wear. She stops doing the exam and sits down ND then says oh I can't do the exam, i can only do the exam a week prior to the surgery. It was so random. If she would have said your child is not cooperating we need to reschedule. I would have been okay. But in the middle of the exam stop and say oh I don't do exams before sooner than a Week of the surgery?! That was unprofessional of her the way she went about it. Spoke to the dentist afterwards to get the ok to do it a week before they said ok but I had to make sure it was okay because it's risking cancellation on the surgery that we've waited already 2 months to have because of this doc. But best believe I am choosing a different doctor if my child's primary doc isn't available.

No recomiendo este lugar a nadie a ellos nonles importa que tan enfermo esten los niños porque si no pagas no lo atienden para ellos primero esta el dinero que la salud de los niños. Tienen su poliza de que no puedes llegar mas que 5 minutos tarde y se entiende por eso hacen citas pero de que sirve llegar a tiempo si ellos de hacen esperar una hora para pasarte a cuarto y luego si tienes suerte esperaras otra hora mas. Si piensan venir aqui solo tengan en cuenta que van a perder todo el dia aqui ya que ellos no respetan nuestro horario piensa que tenemos todo el tiempo del mundo.
El staff no es amigable ni un 50% las enfermeras 0% agradables ni una muestra de cortecia tienen.

Just today I called, I was transferred to the back line and this receptionist answer and was very rude! She seem to have no idea about what I was talking about! I asked her name and would not give it to me! She was no help at all!! I will be taking my kids out of there, there is no professional thing about them!

I do not recommend anyone to bring their children to this awful place...my son had his yearly physical there, the doctor told me everything is fine...couple of weeks went by..i took my son to the emergency room because complaining about his back..I found out that my son has a scoliosis..I can't believe that doctor lied to me...and now my son will be having surgery on his spine this summer..thank god I took him to the emergency room!!

My daughter & I took my Granddaughter to this place one time and never went back! The staff & Doctors are extremely RUDE. And appear to cater to the Hispanic population. The doctor spoke extremely broken english and when asking her to repeat what she said, it seemed to irritate her.

I recently started bring my children to this clinic...Dr.Riojas was actually my pediatrician when I was a kid and was excited to find her so she can treat my kids..she is great til this day, I have also seen Dr.diaz de leon for one visit and he was also great. The doctors are great. I have a newborn and as a concerned mother I have called and lefr messages for the medical assistant a couple of times and they are great and getting back to me the same day. Yes I will admit calling to schedule an appointment does take a while but I am more then happy to hold because I am very satisfied with the doctors there. They also have a way to schedule and cancel appointments on Facebook for the people that are always complaining about their hold times, there is a way around that. They have also been able to give me an appointment as soon as I need it even next day ...I would recommend this place im not sure what other people see that rate this place so low..other then some of the staff there they are all very young but they are not the ones treating my kids its the doctor I care about .

Do NOT take your children here! this clinic always looks dirty! the nurses uniforms are horrible and not kid friendly(kids wants to see bright colors and or cartoon characters) the rooms always seem to be dirty, the beds have holes and rips, the chairs are always, always dirty makes me not want to sit down, the walls oh my if you take a close look at the walls you will see old splattered blood, mud, pen markings, crayon writings, chipped wood ect.. they just don't seem to care about the appearance of this clinic! The Dr.Riojas sucks she seems to always be in a bad mood and she makes my questions seem stupid by the way she answers them, she does not take time with you. oh and I must mention they will switch you around to all the different doctors they have there! Take my advice and AVOID this clinic. You will thank me
