        Thank you for a very good experience today in your service department. I was at the accelerated service area. Shannon was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. The work was done exceptionally fast, the waiting area was excellent and the cost of the service was reasonable. This is the first time I have taken my Acura for service at Piazza. I have been going to another Acura dealership and the difference in customer service is striking! Thank you again!!

        Michael Kain was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently. They went over all the accessories that went with our TL. Everything was in order and our Acura was shinning from inside out.
