Alex Di Peppe's Italian Restaurant

We went on a Friday night and place was packed. We had veal Parmesan and a meatball sandwich. Both were tasty. Also share antipasto salad. Staff is friendly. I would come back.

Di Peppe's is our absolute favorite old school home grown local pizza spot. We LOVE getting the roasted garlic pizza here, it's almost like being at the Gilroy Garlic Festival with half heads of roasted garlic scattered across the top. Amazing. Di Peppe's is a true multi-generational family run business where the owner takes the time to get to know his customers and take an active role in the community too. While we're usually here for the pizza, garlic cheese bread and antipasto salad - I had to try the tabasco chicken one time and I'm not sure how Italian that really is, but it was delicious. We take our friends and family here and the owner often makes us feel like family :-)

Italian cusine is not my favorite, but this resaurant really does it justice. Try the Tobasco Chicken with Penne and Garlic Bread. Amazing. The pizza dough bread sticks with marinara sauce are to die for. And the deserts are quite delicious.
