Nalini's Salon & Day Spa

I bought my daugher a Time out spa treatment of $125. She was pregnant and I wanted to treat her after the baby arrived. When she went in to use the certificate she was turned away and said it had expired the previous week. When I bought the gift certificate I was not told of an expiration date but one did appear on the certificate. She showed up one week after (the noted expiration date) of Dec 12, 07 (Christmas time) and was told by the owner Nalini that she could only be allowed a pedicure and would not refund any of the money. I found that to be very unprofessional. It was a gift certificate, how can that expire???
