        Overall

        Does not attend to his customers. He let my policy lapse, lied about them canceling me and I had to spend hours on conference calls with a new agent to get reinstated. My policy had not been cancelled, he was fired from Farmers and couldn't renew my policy, but chose to not tell me the truth! I do t want anyone else to experience the hell I had to go through to keep their insurance!
