        I've had much better customer ...

        I've had much better customer service at other places. As for the quality of the salon services, this was one of the worst places I've ever been.



        I paid almost $200 for a chemical service that didn't "take". The service was performed by a junior stylist, and not the owner. I think the owner probably would have done a better job based on what I saw her do to other people while I was getting my hair done.



        Anyway, after my service was "done," I showed the owner the result which clearly there was no result. When I say clearly, I mean obviously the service was not done right. Instead of acknowledging what was clear as day to anyone who looked, she acted as if I was blind or stupid or both. "What do you mean it didn't take. It looks good to me." The fact that she even said that with a straight face made me wonder if she wasn't blind or stupid. I didn't ask for a refund, but she should have offered one after seeing my hair.



        NEVER. NEVER. Going back. Too bad, too. I'm a repeat customer when it comes to beauty services. As this incident demonstrates, a good stylist is hard to find!!

        Not very honest!

        I went in for a keratin treatment, and they only pretended to apply the keratin product. It wasn't actually put on my hair. I should have spoken up, but instead, I just asked if I would still need to wait 48 hours to wash, so that the keratin has a chance to bond. I thought this would clear up any misunderstanding, just in case she thought I only wanted a wash and style. But, sure enough, she told me not to wash it. I should have known. It only took her one hour. There was no smoke or stinging of the eyes during blow dry (absolutely no need for ventilation). I feel very violated. I should have let her know that I've had a treatment before so I knew that the product wasn't being applied, but that's an awkward position to be in - having to call someone out for being so blatantly dishonest. I guess I'll just chalk it up to a very expensive lesson learned.
