        They made it extremely difficult to cancel my account once was ready to stop tanning; you can't just submit something to the tanning salon in writing, you have to send a letter through certified mail to their corporate office! It certainly feels to me that they make it as difficult and inconvenient as possible to cancel, so that they can continue to charge your account for no reason. Very irritating and deceptive!
