Salon Nikki

I had my hair cut there. The stylist turned water on full blast to wash my hair and it was scalding then she turned it to freezing. Another stylist explained to my stylist that she needs to turn water on and adjust temp and pressure in the bowl before spraying on my head. She said she told my stylist this several times before but apparently she just don't get it. The water blasted my head and ended up puddled in my face. I got concerned if thus is how she shampoos hair should I get haircut. I called over to Nicki but she was busy. I tried to keep calm and hope for the best being it's around the holidays. Well needless to say I ended up with an uneven hair cut. I tried to explain several times and point out things that were wrong with cut but she just wasn't getting it. I ended up telling her to just blow dry my hair hoping it would look better. When she dried my hair she blew the top causing it to frizz. She put some conditioner on it. I was not satisfied but left. I called to speak to Nicki and left v/m. The girl who cut my hair called back and offered to fix my hair. I asked to talk to Nikki and explained that I did not want the previous stylist to fix my hair. She already did enough. Nikki would not fix it and told me to let it grow out and make appt w/her in 8 weeks. She did not offer anything compensation and said the stylist haven't had any other complaints. I was made to feel that since I don't come in on 6 to 8 week basis that I'm lucky they fit me in. I will be looking for a different place to get my hair cut I don't mind paying for service but I've had better at beauty school where u know they are learning and at least it's ur choice and u pay accordingly.

This was the most awful experience ever they tudned my hair orange and white ...I was brown hair blonde highlights ...I was a creamcicle when I left the girl didnt wveb do my roots 95$ down the drain no refund....what a shame ....dont go there if u want ur hair done right people

Salon Nikki is the best ever ! Whenever I need an appointment made they always seem a way out of their schedule to find a place for me to fit. I would totally recommend everyone to come to their salon and get their hair done. Their service is amazingly outstanding and I thank them so much for there service. Karlie is awesome with hair!!!

She had an intuition of style and design long before her training and now with her training and experience she truly is the best hair hair stylist in the world today, a treasure!

I have gone here a couple times for a quick trimand kick myself every time! I keep thinking how can they mess up a long layer trim of 1 inch...well they do, it is uneaven, layers are not even I have one side of layers way shorter than the other...never the same stylists in there because i think they hire people fresh out of school then dont train them...i give no stars...i would get a better cut at great clips for 9.99

This woman shouldn't be allowed to hold a pair of scissors in my opinion. I asked her for a trim blunt all around and she chopped off my hair at the nape of my neck. I should have figured she wasn't listening to what I was saying when not letting me finish my sentences. After explaining to her I grew my hair out for six years so I can have an even length she gave me a bob way shorter in the back than the front. Left side longer than right. $30 cost me a wet unfinished hair chop and six years of hair growth/maintenance is down the drain. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

Called yesterday morning before shop was even open they called me back got me in at 11 am for a full hair cut and hightlight. Kaitlin did my hair, great job and loved being able to just call and they got me in.

I just got my nails done for the first time, and walked into Salon Nikki on a whim. Everyone was very kind and informative, and Dana did an excellent job. I will definitely be coming back.

My girl Holly handles business every time. She does my brows to perfection and hair is always flawless. My favorite salon to go to, and I've been to too many to count

I looked up a place that was close to get a haircut and this place was the closest. I got my hair cut. It wasn't anything great. I've had much better! And I go to pay and $30 are u kidding me?? Did I break something??? Never going to that place again! I can get better for cheaper!

I just walked in to get a haircut last weekend. Even though I planned on dyeing my own hair when I got home, Holly told me she could to that also. I left it up to her and she gave me a beautiful new color with highlights which I haven't had in nearly 20 years. I am so impressed and I feel wonderful. I told her she can do my color from now on! My husband loves the way I look but I'm not sure he will love paying for it but I don't care!

I will never go anywhere but this salon. Holly is my stylist and she always has me looking and feeling my best every time I visit. Very comfortable, down to earth group of girls that work there that always have me laughing!

Turned my hair Orange!!! Then wanted to charge me to fix it!! Nikki the salon owner is so unprofessional and rude!! They don't believe in customer service because they treated me very badly will never return had to pay another salon over 200 dollars to fix damage!!! Stay Away!!!

From my first visit there I knew I wouldn't go anywhere else again. I'm the worst client because I'm so particular about my hair, but at Salon Nikki I never had to say a word, or had a single complaint. My hair comes out exactly how I want it every time, and they style it beautifully, I even starting taking my boyfriend there. I can't say either of us have had a bad experience, and I would recommend this salon to anyone!
