This office is VERY unprofessional and unproductive, I hired them when this idiot rear ended me. They were quick to send me to the doctor so I could start my case (so they could get paid) after the case was settled they were in charge of giving out the medical payment. My case settled in July, I received my settlement and OF COURSE they took there 33% and were suppose to pay the medical bills. In the August I received a bill from the hospital were I got my X rays, confused I called the lawyers office and they assured me that the bill was paid and I had nothing to worry about. Weeks later I get the bill AGAIN so I call them only to get the SAME answer (which I STUPIDLY believed) weeks later the same thing happens, this time I call the actual department in the hospital for payment they tell me that they NEVER received anything, and that if it doesn't get paid it will go to collections (I have REALLY good credit, which I take EXTREMELY good care of) I called and called and the main paralegal (Andres) would hide from me. It is now November and I still keep getting bills and the run around. Needless to say I am thinking of filing a Mal Practice Lawsuit.
