        Worst Service I have EVER encounted

        I had an issue, confronted management and he handled it very unprofessionally. I use to be faithful and would only go to this Food City. Now I will not go to any Food City ever!

        I am now Kroger bound!

        Watch them closely!

        They misspelled the name and occasion but fixed it in a hurry. The cake was good but not what we ordered. We ordered chocolate and received vanilla.
