Pro-Tech Lawn Sprinklers

I would not recommend Pro-Tech to anyone. Pro-Tech installed sprinklers for two of my new homes (builder's choice). First home: they were on time only half the time for openings and closings. Second home: they canceled 2 appointments on the day they were supposed to arrive (one they cancelled 1 hour before they were scheduled to arrive, the second they cancelled 1 hour after they were scheduled to arrive) and the third appointment they simply didn't show. When they finally showed for the installation (fourth appointment), they paid no attention to the builder's work order and installed the wrong unit, so I have to take time off work for a fifth time, for a company whose track record indicates they won't even show. I don't waste your time with Pro-Tech. They're awful.

Pro Tech is one of those companies that I will reccomend to everyone. The staff right from sales to install to service and office are all so accomodating and proffessional. we have not had a bit of troulbe with our system and love it. It is so nice to call and have some one actually answer. They have even walked me through setting my timer to avoid a service charge! Now thats service

I 've used Protech to ervice my system at two houses. They have alwasy been reliable.
