        Borderline CriminalSeptember 21, 2009As a member of the military i dont often have the luxury of knowing a good auto body shop. USAA said it was an approved shop so i thought id give them a go. They took two weeks to do what they projected as a 48 hour job. Their estimate rose 4x original price and they only lowered the price once i threatened to take the car back. I was also told they would not give me back my car in the condition i gave it to them for under $400.00. Absolute criminals. When i complained to them about the time they said i was rude and if i dont stop calling (after my second call) they will only do business through my insurance. Criminals...Pros: Location?Cons: Rude, Inefficient, Fraudulent

        horrible printing store

        Horrible experience. They performed a simple printing job for my friend���s wedding invitations. At least ten of the invitations were bent in two places. Many of the invitations weren���t cut straight and the paper wasn���t even completely cut off the sides.



        When we asked about getting a refund they were extremely rude and obnoxious. Then they finally agreed to a refund and after two weeks of no response we called them to find out what is going on. Now they claim the paper was done perfectly and we can���t get a refund. Will never do business with them again and highly recommend noone else doing business with them.
