Awesome office to have dental care given. Azalea at the front desk is very kind and friendly. She made the visit very pleasant and was so helpful in explaining the charges. Dr. Kola was very good with my daughter and was was able to calm her and get her to cooperate with treatment. Highly recommend this office for your family dental needs.

I went in today and the staff was amazing my kids had a cleaning and they had to get some fillings and they took care of all 3 of my kids so we didn't have to come back for 6 months because it hard for us to keep going back and forth we live 1 hour away so it was very convenient for me

I went to Kool Smiles a couple of days ago and my visit was fantastic. Azalea was so friendly and checked us in with ease. Tiffany was so friendly with my kids and she made the process so easy and fun. I highly recommend this clinic. We will be back. All around great staff and great facility.

Great place! Hygienist and assistants were so helpful and nice. Will be back! The location is so easy to get in and out of. The hygienist took so much time with my kids. They had a good visit. I like going to a place that is special for them and makes them feel welcome and valued. They will look forward to going again and seeing the friendly staff. I cannot thank them enough for the way they were so kind. I am glad that Abilene has a location like this. I have friends in other towns that take their kids to Kool Smiles too!

I went for the first time today for a cleaning and everything went great. The staff was professional and friendly. They did an amazing job and explained everything to me where I could understand. From front desk, to x-rays, to cleaning everything was great. Highly recommend.

Brought my children for the 6 month cleaning and they was very happy with the play room once they went to the back the staff was very friendly and offer them some color pages to keep them entertain while we was waiting on the dentist.

Excellent with kids! The lobby has a play area which the kids loved. The doctor and all staff were patient and encouraging with our 3 kids ages 13 mo to 4 yrs. It was easy to schedule an appointment including a follow-up appointment. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The kids had an excellent first experience and now they love the dentist. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.
