INTEGRIS Canadian Valley Regional Hospital

I'm 37 weeks pregnant with a cold integris took me in the er I was seen immediately and given meds and they did an ultrasound to make sure baby was all as well too.... very happy with how I was treated !!!

You will receive the WORST care possible!!! They will LIE to you!!! About six weeks ago, I went in with INCREDIBLE back pain. I live just a few blocks away. I normally go to Mercy on Memorial, which is the BEST hospital out there, but since my pain was so severe, I thought I would give Integris/Yukon a chance. NEVER AGAIN!!! I was in the exam room for no more than 15 minutes, given a written prescription and told by the nurse, "I hope you get to feeling better." No x-rays, just a written prescription. So far, nothing too terrible. The pain never subsided with their medication. The next night, I was in worse pain. I said forget it and drove all the way to Mercy where within MINUTES, I was examined by the physician, given IV fluids, another IV medication that made me 100% pain free and ended up giving me a glorious 12-hr nap!! I walked out with 4 different scripts for mainentenance and also told that I had a bad case of shingles. About 2 weeks later I get a bill from both Integris and Mercy. Integris = $729.00. Mercy = $80.00. My husband just called Integris and was told that the Insurance has paid their portion and that WAS what we owed them for services rendered. He then called our Insurance company, United Healthcare. They advised that Integris NEVER SUBMITTED THE BILL TO THEM!!! They were great and said to just send them the bill directly and they WOULD take care of it. ALL THE WEBSITES FOR INTEGRIS IN YUKON HAVE BAD REVIEWS!! THERE IS A REASON!! THEY ARE FRAUDS!! One of the nurses at Mercy said he used to work for them but went to Mercy because of the poor level of service and integrity amongst the Integris staff. IF YOU GO TO THIS HOSPITAL AFTER READING THIS - IT IS YOUR OWN FAULT IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
