Senske Services - Yakima

I did not receive very good service at all from Ryan Paulin. I called and spoke to a receptionist. I specified that there was a branch on our power line and had originally asked for an estimate and also if he could come out the same day. She told me she was pretty sure he could and that he would call me back within 10-15 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and decided to call back. He went ahead and made an appointment to come out without the next day, without even confirming the date with me personally. I had also wanted to change our decision of receiving an estimate and just get the service done no matter the price, so I set up an appointment through the receptionist with him for a time the same day to come out. He came out at the time scheduled, and then told us that he could not help us because the branches were on a power line. I had specifically told the receptionist that they were the first time I called. Ryan also gave us the name of a company that could help us. We researched the company and could not find it, so I attempted at calling back a third time to reach him for this information. He did not pick up his cell for me when I called. All in all I don't feel that we received very good service from him at all.
