I was able to take advantage an opening in the schedule to have the work completed the same day they came out to evaluate the job. The guys were polite, professional, and hard workers. They came in, covered all work surfaces, did the job as quoted, cleaned everything up before they left.. great job. So lucky to have picked the right company!!!
Had my attic vacuumed, "rodent proofed", disinfected and insulated - and they did a terrible job.
The vacuuming and putting wire mesh over openings were done fine - although I have had a bat in the attic since.
The disinfecting was a waste of time - a few coarse sprays with a garden sprayer did not disinfect much.
The insulation was just done badly. They tore the baffles and insulation to fit instead if cutting it so it is very messy, and left gaps at the top and bottom.
The also used R19 in the dormers that have 2x4 rafters (old house).
The inspector said it was badly done and told me to fill the gaps and replace the dormer insulation with correctly sized insulation (R13).
I contacted them twice but other than "I will tell the office/manager" nothing happened.
Overall just a bad experience.
Look for someone else - they are not cheap and definitely not worth it.
Amazing Service. Met with Ben, one of their technicians. He did a thorough walk through of the attic and was great at explaining to me what was going on. He went through all of the options and got me a competitive quote. They told me they were able to work with me on the pricing because I was flexible on when i needed the work done. They were able to come out the very next day to clean out the old insulation that was falling from the ceiling!! Will 100% work with them again when we need to put in new insulation.
