Travel Beyond is the best! I have been traveling with them since 2007, and takin multiple trips. This year looked a bit different with the pandemic and all of the closures, yet Travel Beyond stayed ahead of the change. They planned a wonderful itinerary to a beautiful country - complete with top rate guides, wonderful tours, a fantastic and fun driver - shout out to Vlad - and a coffee tasting in Panama that is a new favorite of ours! We went to Santa Catalina and stayed at Catalina’s hotel - a secluded beach boutique hotel hidden in a small town with snorkeling tours just up the rode. Dianna, our travel agent, was superb and had tons of local tips and recommendations, caring for our every need. We love coffee and good food, and Panama did not disappoint. I would recommend Travel Beyond and Panama to anyone - easy, close, fun and wonderful people - and food :)

We booked a safari experience with Rachel David at Travel Beyond. Rachel planned and executed a trip of a lifetime! Everything was perfect and taken care of to the best possible ability. We had the best experience possible! Rachel was knowledgable and extremely helpful. We can't wait to work with Rachel and the Travel Beyond team for our next adventure.

Thanks to Travel Beyond's Jennifer Gillmore and her team for arranging such a smooth, memorable and exciting adventure trip for our group of 10 women! The itinerary was so well planned with the right amount of time in each area - taking us from Iguazu Falls to the lakes, glaciers, mountains of Patagonia in Argentina & Chile. We had a variety of activities that included city tours & experiences, hiking, kayaking & boating, Our guides, drivers/vehicles, and hotel accommodations were top notch. Jennifer was easy to work with and clearly had an expert body of knowledge about these areas & the local connections that allowed for the perfect trip!

EXCELLENT Travel Agency! I am an experienced traveler, have used many different travel agencies, and am pretty picky. My husband and I just returned from a fabulous safari in Kenya. When you spend a good amount of money + a lot of time planning, and this is your vacation for the year, your expectations can be high and often disappointment ensues. Not with Travel Beyond! From start to finish Craig Beal LISTENED to what I wanted, helped me choose the BEST camps, organized our transfers on the ground, and air travel. Going to Africa on safari was my childhood dream and Craig and his team really did make my dreams come true!
They even helped me when I came down with a terrible cold while at the first camp. I emailed Craig, he immediately contacted the next camp we were en route to, and they sent someone out so there were meds waiting for me when I arrived. This saved my trip. I can't recommend Craig Beal and Travel & Beyond enough for the most amazing adventure of my life!

Jenny, Rachel and the entire staff at Travel Beyond did an outstanding job putting together a 3 week holiday in South Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe.  Every attention to detail was flawless from start to finish.  They made this, our first trip to Africa, a joy.  Their recommendations on lodges, guides, transportation, restaurants and sights were spot on for our travel style.  We felt so pampered during the entire trip it was extremely difficult to leave and head home.  They are experts in attention to detail and making sure your holiday is a truly relaxing and enjoyable time.  We can't wait to work with them on our next adventure.  I wish we could give them more than 5 stars because they deserve it.

Jeanie is an expert on every aspect of your trip to Africa, from what area to go depending on what you like or necessities ( adventure, romantic, luxury, exclusive, etc) to best planner of logistics on your trip, when you are talking about Africa you have to think and plan a lot on logistics, because there are not much flights to small cities and very few charters to some reserves ( or you have to pay your own private charter and that’s very expensive ), and Jeanine does all that work for you the best way ( best times, best budget, and most comfort )

In our 22 day honeymonn trip, Lorenia my wife and I had the best experience of our lives, I cant think of 1 thing didn’t go as planned or as we want it to or expect. On the contrary, it higher our expectations way way higher. 100% recommend this agent and travel agency.

Kota Tabuchi of Travel Beyond planned my husband and my honeymoon to South Africa, a place I have always dreamed of going. After several email exchanges and a phone call, Kota was able to piece together the kind of trip he thought would suit us best. Having returned from our trip last week I can say with confidence he did an INCREDIBLE job. Each stop on the trip was better than the next which really speaks to the excellent flow Kota's planning provided. From the safari to Capetown to the wine country to Grootbos in Gansbaai, we got a taste for four very different landscapes and cultures. There was no stress at any point throughout our stay because every detail was worked out and taken care of. I will absolutely be using Travel Beyond for future trips!

My wife and I just returned from our first safari in Africa. Our arrangements for the safari were handled by Travel Beyond. Kota Tabuchi was our travel consultant for this trip. We had never been on safari before so it was a pleasure to work with Kota for our trip. We used miles for our international airfare so we did not have a lot of flexibility when it came to dates. Kota had several telephone conversations with me and my wife to get an idea of what we were looking for and what kind of travelers we were. Based upon feedback from several of our friends, we were leaning towards a lodge type of camp in Sabi Sands in South Africa. He provided us with a couple of different itineraries to choose from. One had two different camps in South Africa and one with two camps in Zimbabwe.

Kota suggested that we consider “tent style” camps in Zimbabwe to get a more traditional style of safari experience. We took his suggestions and it was the best experience we’ve ever had. Our “tents” were like rooms in a 5 star hotel.



Kota was always prompt in replying to emails and phone calls. Once we secured the international airfare using miles, I reached out to Kota and he quickly confirmed our space at two different camps. The other staff members at Travel Beyond were also easy to work with. They promptly sent out confirmations and arranged trip insurance for us as well.



The two camps he recommended in Zimbabwe were terrific. They were both unique and provided us with different experiences. We spent 4 nights at Ruckomechi Camp and then 3 nights at Little Makololo Camp. Both camps were Wilderness Safari camps and both were exceptional experiences. Everything arranged by Travel Beyond went off without a hitch. Drivers met us when they were supposed to, light aircraft flights between camps were right on schedule and accommodations at all camps were exactly as promised. We will definitely do it again and we will definitely use Travel Beyond again.

We used Travel Beyond/Marguerite Smit to organize our first trip to Africa. We were not sure where to go and conveyed to Marguerite that our preference was game and nature viewing. Marguerite was very familiar with the area and suggested Mashatu, Pafuri, and Mala Mala game reserves. She organized for us a very efficient 11 day itinerary to visit the three locations and did a very good job to help us prepare for the trip. The trip plan went extremely well without any issues. The game viewing/drives at both Mala Mala and Mashatu were superb. We saw the big five plus much more. Accommodations, service, food at all sites was very good. This was a very memorable vacation. I highly recommend using this agency for trips to Africa. I plan to go again will definitely contact Marguerite Smit for next trip.

Jeanie Fundora of Travel Beyond did a terrific job of organizing a complicated trip to Africa for 8 people that involved travel to Botswana, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Kenya, with stays in hotels, lodges and tented camps over a four week period. Her suggestions for travel arrangments and accommodations were all terrific, and she approached all requests with energy and attention to detail. Her experience in Africa showed in the recommendations she made, including where to stay for optimum gorilla and chimp trekking. When one of the travellers ran into difficulties with a flight delay, Jeanie responded quickly to help solve the resulting problems. Overall, the trip was a "top ten" life-travel experience.
