S & G Custom Collision

The owner and staff are friendly untill it comes time to deliver the car. They left parts off the car and even when i took the care back to the shop so they could complete the job, they still didn't complete the job. They mint write off the co pay, but they don't finsh the job. I would not trust them. Also they took five weeks to complete a one week job. Also, don't expect any paperwork they won't give you any paperwork even if you ask for it. They are not tryst worthy.

I had same experience with them color didnt match. Workmanship on mechanical was less than poor quality and yes I know they send out for mechanical repairs but when they use parts that are not suitable for road worthiness then I need to complain. It was an insurance job and it wasn't even my insurance that was used it was some drunk chick that hit my parked car but anyways I had to bring it back numerous times and it still wasn't right I finally gave up. Believe me when I say I will have them shut down asap.

Very poor quality work!! The owner seams very nice and willing to do whatever the customer wants. But the work you will receive has a much different statement. I will be writing a Google review at a later time. Google is acting up at the moment. I have a lot of pictures of the work that has come out of this shop just ask. I will gladly show them off. {freshseptic@gmail.com} After all if i cant show them off for the good why not show them off for the bad. I took a car in for paint. For "a painter" this should have been a very simple job. As a matter of fact I have seen better paint come out of a high school auto body class from students not the teacher!!! the first time I got the car back there was over spray on the entire car. Everywhere from the chrome trim to the rear view mirrors. the more i looked at the car the more flaws i noticed, things like hairs, finger prints, settling dust in the clear ext. The first time I went through a car wash the paint peeled of the bumper. I took the car back for repair. they took it and had no explanation just a "sorry" and "we can fix it". Again the were polite about the whole situation. after waiting a month for the repair I went to get the car and to no surprise still have major flaws in the paint. they took care of most of the over spray by buffing the car. So now its a shinny poor quality paint job! I would not recommend this shop to anyone. if you are looking for nice service with poor quality work this is your shop. if you have a beater car and just need some paint to help sell it then this may be your shop. But i would still recommend MAACO over these guys for that. if you are looking for "CUSTOM PAINT" DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME!!! One of their reviews on Google says you get what you pay for. this is so true but when you ask for a quote and they tell you a price, that is what you go by. I just want to be clear about this, there was no "HAGGLING", "Arguing", "Negotiating" or "Questioning" the price they gave. It was simply just accepted. after all they are supposed to be professionals at what they do and should know how to quote the job to get it done the correct way. also no paper work was given with this job. This shop seams very unorganized, seams that the employees have no respect for customer property and take no pride in the work they offer. Do your self a favor and pick a different body shop. P.S.
