On the Spot Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

I purchased a Groupon for a cleaning by this business and they said they do NOT do Groupon anymore! What? I paid for it. The charge was taken from my account!! How can a company have the deal on Groupon and not honor it? Shouldn't they take it down, but honor the purchases made up until removal? Very dissatisfied about this!

Dale was on time, professional, accommodating with my hectic and limited schedule, and cleaned every nook-and-cranny possible.
