Vision Savers - Warner Robins

I've gone to this office since I was 6 (now almost 20) and have never had an issue. I love both the doctors who work there! Dr. Smith is super friendly but very fast, Dr. Lastinger is a sweetie and takes his time with you. Both are very good at what they do.

I have used them many times some of the staff is a little lazy and it comes across if they do not care. However I have always gotten what I requested to get what I ordered and on time.. Unless they changed Optometrist's, I found the gentleman to be quite nice. I am sorry you ha a difficult time but that can happen anywhere. I just wish the frame manufacturer still made the frames I bought about 10 years ago. they were made out of flex steel and if I hadn't broken the bridge I would still wear them today. the Manufacturer does not make them any more.

doctor unfriendly and impersonal. Eye exam short and not thorough. Optical center staff very rude and unhelpful. They were supposed to place an order for my eyeglasses and call me. Neither was ever done. Decided not to fool with them and go elsewhere for glasses since they had been so rude.
