        Had a sealant application done in January of 2016. The roof continued to leak after several returns by the workers and owner himself. A lawsuit was filed and the owner John Londen never responded or showed up for court in Limestone County. A summary judgment was handed down in my favor and no chance of ever collecting from the owner or the business. Eventually had to repay someone else to do the job correctly.
