I received a mailer from Clyburn Realty & Lending about 4 years ago! I need to refi, so I called their office and talk with the broker Jim Clyburn. We spent about 30 minutes talking about what I want to accomplish. During our conversion, we found out I had 2nd trust deed
on my property that I knew nothing about. I couldn’t do my refi until the title was clear. Jim pointed me in the right direction.
